Giorgio’s opened on January 22, 1996 in a small shopping plaza located in Milford, New Hampshire. The four-member Sklavounos family, along with a few staff, operated this small Italian Eatery for ten years. On July 5, 2001, the Sklavounos opened Giorgio’s in Merrimack, New Hampshire. This included Giorgio’s famous Martini Bar and a broader menu. On September 29th, 2006 the first, little restaurant closed, and the beautiful new facility opened in Milford New Hampshire. Now twenty years after opening our first restaurant we have opened our fourth location in Manchester location.
Giorgio’s design incorporates murals from the ancient Greek antiquity dating as far back as 1,800BC. Most of them come from the island of Thera/Sandorini and the Palace of Knossos in Crete. The hand-blown glass fixtures are imported from Greece, along with any statues, ironwork, and amphorae.
Giorgio’s has been serving quality foods for over nineteen years. Famous menu items are our Chicken, Veal and Eggplant Parmesan, our Brother Costa’s Steak Tips, Picatas and Marsalas. We are known for our great salads, grilled pizzas, and our homemade desserts.
Our Martini menu has won numerous awards and our master mixologist has been creating concoctions with passion and rigorous shaking. We are known for our Ultimate Martini and the Giorgio’s Espresso Martini.
