Chef Adam Parker is an award winning chef who fosters a simple approach when it comes to food: Passion. He studied at the Culinary Institute of America earning his Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management as well as a Baking and Pastry certification. Chef Adam has worked in many locations around the country to include The Sagamore Resort in Lake George, NY, The Admiral’s Cove in Jupiter, FL, The Breaker’s Resort in Palm Beach, FL, Aramark Food Service nationally, and Indian Head Resort , Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa in NH and the Waldorf Astoria Boca Raton Resort and Spa in FL. Chef Adam is now proud to represent the Fratello’s and Homestead Restaurants here in NH!
Chef Adam has been selected as a Celebrity Chef for his contributions to food, health, and charitable organizations. Also featured in many local newspapers, magazines, and WMUR Cook’s Corner, Chef Adam looks for every opportunity to share his cuisine. He also likes to demonstrate healthy eating habits by donating his time to local libraries and schools showing students how to make delicious healthy cuisine at home. He often takes interns and one of his 3 children with him for these ventures.
A lifetime of studying various regional favorites paired with a few trips to Europe, Chef Adam takes cuisine from around the world and makes it his own. Winning a national cooking competition in Chicago brought him on a month long food and wine tour across Italy. Chef Adam loves to work with people from other cultures and enjoys teaching and training young culinarians to build successful careers for themselves, as they are the next generation of professional chefs. Finding ways to better the community through education and working with local farmers is a part of Chef Adam’s commitment to the world of food. The Chef fosters a principal of having a happy, safe, and comfortable environment for all, in which they can thrive and grow.
