Celebrity Chef Benjamin Knack

Benjamin Knack started his career at a four-star restaurant rated as one of the top 20 in America. A graduate of the New York Institute of Technology, he worked in Phoenix and Boston before arriving at the Bedford Village Inn. Reality TV show fans may recognize Chef Benjamin from his time on Season 7 of Fox’s “Hell’s Kitchen” with Gordon Ramsay.

Bedford Village Inn houses a dining room, tavern and wine bar, and it has been recognized with many of the highest honors over the years. BVI is the longest running recipient of the AAA Four Diamond award in New Hampshire, and in 2011, New Hampshire Magazine named the inn to the Best of NH Hall of Fame for being selected as “Best” for 10 years in a row. The wine cellar houses more than 8,000 bottles of wine.
